Bivakzone Traqueurs is van de gemeente Nassogne en in beheer door het Département de la Nature et des Forêts (DNF). Reservatie is niet nodig. Groepen of jeugdbewegingen zijn uitdrukkelijk niet welkom.

This officially recognized bivouac area is managed by the Walloon Agency for Nature and Forests (DNF) and owned by the township of Nassogne. Accessible all year round. Reservation is not possible. Arrival after 4 pm, departure next morning before 10 am, so no occupation or tents between 10 am and 4 pm. Free stay. This bivouac area is located next to a big chalet, access allowed in case of unfavorable weather conditions. A bivouac area should not be confused with a small camping, rules are different, comfort facilities limited or non-existent and you are personally responsibility to keep the area spotlessly clean and quiet during your short stay. Strictly forbidden for any motorized vehicle, access only on foot or by bike. No toilet, no water pump but there’s a little stream nearby (no water guarantee). Small campfire allowed under normal weather conditions (no dry period or strong winds) but only at the specifically designated place, not elsewhere. Respect nature, silence and other campers’ rest. Violation of rules in force can be subject to legal prosecution or a penalty. Lots of waymarked walking and cycle trails in the area. Enjoy your short stay in the Ardennes nature. Leave no trace, just your footsteps.
