 This nature bivouac area for hikers and cyclists is privately owned and borders the beautiful forest Kravaalbos. You’re welcome all year round. Free stay. Max 10 people, 3 small tents. You can stay up to 18 hrs (1 night). Arrival after 5 pm, departure before 11 pm. Entrance via sandpath next to Café 'Bij Stinne', at Putstraat 116 Meldert. A bivouac area should not be confused with a small camping, rules are different and comfort facilities limited or non-existent. Washingwater available (green pump). Campfire not allowed. Bring along storm lines for your tent, they are essensial to attach your tent on one of the platforms. Strictly forbidden access for any motorized vehicle of car tourists, you are travelling on foot or by bicycle. Lots of waymarked walking and cycle trails in the area. Enjoy your short stay in silence. Leave no trace, just your footsteps.
